Two ways to connect
- Share ARC's number with the employee, so they can call or text 530-625-7910, 24/7. This is the simplest option because you don't handle health information.
- Request a call back. An EAP counselor, HR or union contact can use the form above to talk with our intake team first.
Schedules that can work around the job
- Evening telehealth IOP: Monday to Friday, 6pm–9pm.
- IOP in person in Yuba City or by telehealth: Monday to Friday, 10am–1pm or 2pm–5pm.
- PHP: in person in Yuba City only, for employees who need daily structure.
What employers will and won't hear
We don't share whether an employee contacted us, attended or how they are doing unless the employee gives written consent.
With the employee's written consent, ARC can provide return-to-work and attendance letters and help with FMLA paperwork.
Insurance we work with
ARC is in network with major insurance, including TRICARE West through TriWest, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. ARC also works with VA Community Care (VA referral required). With your employee's consent, we check benefits and explain them before admission.
Network participation and coverage vary by plan. Network participation does not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense or the Defense Health Agency.
How referral works
- We contact you. We respond to referrals within 24 hours. Referrals are checked after hours.
- We check benefits and assess. With your employee's consent, we verify insurance benefits and complete an assessment.
- We recommend a level of care. IOP, telehealth IOP, PHP, or detox or residential care through Ona Treatment Center if needed. If ARC or Ona isn't the right fit, our intake team can help find another program.
- We stay in touch. Once your employee signs a written release of information, we share updates as needed and on request, as often as weekly, and a counselor is available to talk with you. If necessary, we call you when the level of care changes.
Admission is often possible within 24 hours of referral, depending on assessment and benefits.
