Our approach

Recovery can include meaningful changes in how you care for yourself, handle everyday responsibilities, and connect with others. These goals help connect the work of treatment with daily life.

  • HEALTH

Work toward routines that support your well-being and recovery.

Explore the patterns affecting self-care, stress, rest, and how you look after yourself.

  • STABILITY

Build practical skills for handling everyday responsibilities.

Work on coping, follow-through, and choices that support a steadier daily routine.

  • CONNECTION

Practice healthier ways to communicate and seek support.

Explore boundaries, supportive relationships, and what it means to show up for yourself and others.

How group and individual sessions work

You take part in scheduled group sessions and individual sessions with a certified counselor. Groups build practical recovery skills; individual sessions focus on your own goals. Programming also includes art and music, and your counselors stay in constant communication with you throughout the program.

How progress is reviewed with your clinician

Your counselor reviews your treatment plan and progress with you during the program and adjusts it as your needs change. When IOP ends, you can stay connected through our 12-month alumni program.
